Full Dentures
Full dentures are a way of restoring or preserving the lost chewing function, when there are no remaining teeth.
Disadvantage:
Dentures are removable
They are rather uncomfortable
They lead to increased bone loss in the jaw
They lead to pressure sores
Conclusion: Dentures are old-fashioned, since all of the problems mentioned can be avoided by using modern implants.
