Thanks to the many lowcost airlines flying to Tenerife the yearround holiday climate and the variety of nationalities investing the second residence market of Tenerife has not realy been affected by the crisis like in the Spanish mainland. Prices went down and it is a good time to buy a this moment but good products on the right location keep staying in grand demand. Bank repossessions or quick sales are mainly products which were oriented to the residential market and are not interesting as second property investment due to location or size.
